"Put on yo' red dress"

This morning, on my walk to work, this guy shouted/sang out at me, “Put on yo’ red dress, and wear yo’ high heels, hmm, hmm…yummm.” Maybe he didn’t approve of my jeans, suit jacket, and flip-flop attire. Alas, it was too early in the morning and I didn’t have the wits to sing something back at him.
